Non-Man Entry Automatic Tank Cleaning (ATC)
Although RAS does not provide tank cleaning services, we do possess strong relationships with partner companies that do provide advanced non-man entry tank cleaning technology. RAS will accommodate a professional connection to our partners so that you can advance your tank maintenance program in a most educated and confident manner.
Our goal is to dramatically lower tank maintenance costs for tank owners. We assure you that our partners understand this and are willing to prove it to you.
NET-ZERO Oil Recovery
All recovered oil (99% of available oil in waste) is discharged directly to the client’s sales line or tank. Solids are discharged <1 TPH and are completely inert and ready for unrestricted environmental release. Produced water is separated and discharged to the client’s water treatment facility, containing approximately 50 ppm oil content. With ONLY a 400 sq. meter footprint, this technology provides all of the above IN-SITU. NO WASTE leaves the site. .
Mobile NORM Decontamination
Our mobile NORM decontamination technology is a 2-person operation that is completely “closed loop”. This means that 100% of the NORM contamination is removed and contained in sealed DOT 20-litre containers. The radioactive waste is further treated via micelle encapsulation and gelled to provide the most radiation protective shielding possible. We have also developed, through interaction with local and international regulatory bodies, responsible permanent disposal programs that can be implemented anywhere in the world, provided the country is an oil-producing nation. .

Our robotic Surface Preparation technology will outperform 2 media blasting crews without the use of manlifts or scaffolding. Our operators stand 2 feet & 10 toes on the ground operating a completely closed-loop recovery system that separates the micronized paint waste from the water. Our system recycles and cleans the water on the fly. We can achieve any WS standard required for coating and painting. .
